Summer is the season when many kinds of fruits are available. Fruits is a good source of vitamins and other nutritions. Diabetic people also need to ear fruit no matter they are sweeet or not. But when the fruit is quite sweet,the amount need to be limited. Fruit such as grapes and pears are low in sugar so they are recommended for diabetic people.
